I’m currently restoring the EDW World Championship Belt for one of the promotions I work for. It is going very well so far, it was originally all silver but I’ve been modding it to have new gold accents on the plates to make it stand out more over the companies other championship, the EDW Open Championship. This thing will be ready and looking its best for the biggest match in EDW history in just a few weeks time.
IronMan Mk.VII Helmet Video Update 1
Its finished! Well I’ve finished building it at least. I still need to add the hinge for the face plate and of course paint the thing, but here it is, at last :)

The sanding is finished!! The only things I need to do now is attach the magnets, ear plates and the mouth rest for the face plate, he looks a bit toothless at the moment. I sprayed a primer base coat on it so it looks all nice and clean again. I can’t wait to see this painted now :)

Almost finished the sanding and filling, minus a few things :) next comes the adding of hinges and the magnet locks. Really starting to take shape now :)

Building the Ironman Mk.VII Avengers Armor - Part 4
The Resin and Fiberglass coats are all done at last. Did have a bit of trouble since I should have done it as one complete section rather than 3 separate parts. The warping that occurred meant I had to heat the parts up and bend them back into position and tape it together so it would hold its shape overnight (as you can see from the picture) It’s a learning curve so it’s something I will remember for next time. Anyways, time to take this apart and start the bondo work.

Just about finished the pepakura part of this helmet now :) Got the jaw finished and lined up, the only thing I’ve not attached it the ear pods just so when I’m doing bondo i can get into the corners easier and then attach them afterwards. Next comes Resin coat and then Fiberglass.

Another update on the helmet. Just managed to get the back and sides done minus a few detail bits, just have to make and attach the jaw and the can move onto the chest plate :)

Building the Ironman Mk.VII Avengers Armor - Part 1
Just a quick update, manages to get the crown cap and air vent made and attached. Really starting to come together now :)
May 20th, 2012: Ironman Mk.VII Avengers Armour.
This is my new cosplay project and by far my most ambitious project to date. I aim to make the Ironman armour from The Avengers movie. (shown above)
I’ll be posting pictures of it as I progress through the project. I will be build items for commissions in between so I will be pretty busy for a while.
This will hopefully be ready in time for Amecon 2012 in August.

These are screenshots of the “Lost Levels” from Sonic the Hedgehog 2, In order are:
- Wood Zone
- Dust Hill Zone
(You can see both the Desert setting and then the Ice setting for the level, these are left over from the proposed time travel element that was dropped From the final game but eventually made into Sonic CD)
- Genocide City Zone (Currently can’t get it to load)
- Hidden Palace Zone
